The venue was comfortable and had reasonably spacious and modern rooms. They were very courteous and fairly friendly, and we had a fairly nice stay on a vacation👌

Spotlessly clean apartments with all the necessary amenities. Equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and the location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants.

The lack of washing powder for the laundry, which would have been a nice addition. However, this was not a major issue considering the excellent overall experience.

From the friendly and professional staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, everything was exceptional. the location was perfect with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace with stunning views of the sea and mountains. the hotel managers were also incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 👌🏼.

The view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the sea, island & mountains. The service & frienship of the staff was superb and a special thanks to Alissa for all her help and co-operation in helping a surprise visit of some family to celebrate my wife's birthday also to help moving our baggage to a sister Hotel when our term had finished .

The ac is loud and difficult to adjust to a level of our liking. No major issues.

Ariana, the apartment manager is fantastic! She is a gracious hostess and works so hard. The apartments are modern, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Loved my time here!

It was located in a lovely quiet area close to the store for soap, dish soap, paper towels, and restaurants and Cococabanna beach, And we could walk to Copacabana, which was 10 minutes away.

It had a great setting near to beach and local shop, the bus stop and shops selling amenities and a largish supermarket...

our recent stay at an apartment in Dubrovnik was amazing. The spacious and fully-equipped apartment exceeded our expectations. We loved the washer and dryer, the large balcony with a view, and the helpful property manager who provided maps and guidebooks. We enjoyed walking to the bus stop and not dealing with downtown traffic and parking.

Directions were confusing.

Ariana was extremely friendly and helpful. Very good English is spoken by everyone.

Supermarket a bit far.

We stayed in the Pervanovo apartments in Lapad and were very happy with everything there. The apartments were very nice and clean, in very good condition, well furnished and equipped. Everything we needed for self catering was there. Very quiet and green, great views over the sea. The beach is 10-15 min walk, gets very crowded in busy season but clean. Lots of parking space, and in general great neighbourhood, too. But the place is remote and there's only one small supermarket nearby, with all big supermarkets being quite far away. So having a car is big plus, although not strictly necessary (there's a bus stop nearby - 10 min walk). But beware that buses are very crowded and are not airconditioned!

Some guests can get very noisy (not all guests are quiet family types). Balconies are not isolated so there's some lack of privacy. And, the price is quite high (I'm not sure if this is the best choice on price/quality ratio). For some people, the remoteness would be a minus. For us, it was a plus (but we had a car).
